This innovation on the symposium will bring together leaders and participants of IF LABs, our featured ‘Visionaries’ from around the world, student creatives, the WFU campus and greater Winston Salem community for stimulating discussions on the role of making in the complex environments of today and tomorrow. Pop UP Provocateurs will challenge with provocations for sustainable, imaginative and realizable visions for our planetary future. IF Guides will ground rotating table conversations that will address themes and dreams over locally sourced culinary delights.
CONVERSATERIA is a collaborative culture experiment with community partner and good food entrepreneur Margaret Norfleet Neff, founder of Beta Verde and Cobblestone Farmers Market. Margaret, along with Lynn Book and her students from the Entrepreneurship and Social Enterprise minor, create the culinary and environmental design for this event – from Make It Lab: Designing Creativities, and 2 classes of Foundations in Creativity and Innovation, plus many other students, staff and friends from here and yon.
Join us, eat with us and invent futures together.
